When Refunds May Not Apply
Not every order qualifies for a refund. The main limitations are tied to input quality, timing, and GPU costs incurred once training has started.
- Poor-quality uploads that do not meet the photo guidelines.
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
- Orders where model training has already started or completed.
