Refund Policy

When customers are eligible for refunds, when retraining may be offered instead, and the limits that apply once generation work has begun.

Customer satisfaction matters, and we review refund requests in good faith when the delivered results do not reasonably match the service promise. In some cases, we may offer a retraining or regeneration attempt before processing a refund.

When Refunds May Not Apply

Not every order qualifies for a refund. The main limitations are tied to input quality, timing, and GPU costs incurred once training has started.

  • Poor-quality uploads that do not meet the photo guidelines.
  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Orders where model training has already started or completed.
