AI Headshot Masters collects only the information needed to run the service, process payments, support customers, and generate professional headshots from uploaded images.
We treat uploaded photos and account information as customer data, not marketing inventory. The service is designed around controlled access, secure storage, and limited retention.
Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the product, we may collect account details, uploaded photos, order and billing information, support messages, and basic usage telemetry required to operate the platform.
- Account information such as name and email address.
- Uploaded photos used to generate headshots.
- Payment and transaction records processed through Stripe.
- Operational logs, security events, and product analytics.
How We Use Information
We use customer data to authenticate users, generate headshots, deliver orders, handle billing, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell uploaded photos or use them for unrelated advertising purposes.
Retention and Deletion
We keep data only for as long as it is required to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support legitimate operational needs. You may request deletion of your account data and uploaded photos, and we will process that request within a reasonable period.
Security and Third Parties
We use secure infrastructure providers for storage, authentication, and payments, including Supabase and Stripe. Access to customer data is restricted to the minimum required for service operation and support.
No system is risk free, but we use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport, authenticated access, and service-level access controls to reduce exposure.
