By accessing or using AI Headshot Masters, you agree to these terms and to any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service is intended for users who can legally form a binding agreement, and minors may use it only with appropriate parental or guardian consent where required by law.
Use of the Service
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for uploading only images you own or are authorized to use. You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Do not upload photos of other people without consent.
- Do not upload prohibited or explicit content.
- Do not attempt to interfere with platform security or service operation.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or automate abusive use of the platform.
Payments and Refunds
Purchases are billed in US dollars through approved payment providers. Prices may change over time. Refunds are handled according to the published refund policy and may be limited once generation or model training work has begun.
Intellectual Property
The platform, software, branding, and site content remain the property of OfficePro, INC or its licensors. You retain rights to images you upload, subject to the permissions necessary for us to process them and deliver the service.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided as available. We may modify features, suspend access, or perform maintenance without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect and consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
